Please make sure your rental agreement is eSigned at least one day prior to your box delivery date.
Ensure Proper Access
Ensure the area where you’d like us to place your box is clear of any obstructions from the street, and has a floor area of at least 9’x20’

In order to ensure a timely delivery schedule, we text to confirm your delivery one day prior. Please respond to our text to confirm.
Need a Future Box Relocation?
Please email, text, or call us at least one week in advance to ensure availability for your requested box relocation date. We typically book up one to two weeks in advance!

We aim to create a seamless experience! No lock? No problem! Each delivery comes with a free lock, which is yours to keep!
