Box Relocation Guide

Secure Your Items

Please ensure all of your items are properly secured and fastened down in preparation for your box relocation. Items may shift during transport.

Properly Close and Lock The Box

Please ensure the hasp and hooks are fully engaged on both the top and bottom of the swing door. Also ensure your box is properly locked with either your own lock or the one we’ve provided you.

Ensure Proper Access

Please make sure there are no objects leaning on the outside of the box, and that there is a minimum of 5 feet of clear space around the outside perimeter of the box. Also ensure a clear path for the truck to access the box

from the street.

Reply to the Confirmation Text

In order to ensure a timely delivery schedule, we text to confirm the pick-up time one day prior to your relocation.

Respond to our text to avoid rescheduling your pick-up.

Avoid a Delay Fee

We try to maintain a seamless schedule. Please ensure the box is prepared for pick-up to avoid a $30 per half hour delay fee while our driver is waiting for access.

​

Avoid a Rescheduling Fee

If we are unable to access the box, or unable to attach our equipment to the box due to any obstructions, we’ll have to reschedule your pick-up, which would incur another pick-up fee.​
