Empty Box Return Guide

Unlocked & Empty

Please leave the box unlocked, empty and broom-swept. The lock we provided at the delivery is yours to keep!

Nothing Touching the Exterior

Our driver is not responsible for picking up or moving your belongings. If something is leaning on the box, or near the box, blocking his access, the driver will not move your items and your empty return will be rescheduled. To prevent the possibility of your items being damaged, our driver is instructed not to touch anything that does not belong to Loaded Storage.

Ensure Proper Access

Ensure nothing is located within 6’ of the box perimeter, and the path to the street is clear of any obstructions. This includes any cars, trash cans, construction materials, or any other items preventing proper access and path for removal.

Avoid a Delay Fee

We try to maintain a seamless schedule. Please ensure the box is prepared for pick-up to avoid a $30 per half hour delay fee while our driver is waiting for access.

Avoid a Rescheduling Fee

If we are unable to access the box, or unable to attach our equipment to the box due to any obstructions, we’ll have to reschedule your pick-up, which would incur another pick-up fee.
