Please leave the box unlocked, empty and broom-swept. The lock we provided at the delivery is yours to keep!

Ensure Proper Access
Ensure nothing is leaning on the box, or is located within 6’ of the box perimeter, and the path to the street is clear of any obstructions.

Avoid a Delay Fee
We try to maintain a seamless schedule. Please ensure the box is prepared for pick-up to avoid a $30 per half hour delay fee while our driver is waiting for access.

Avoid a Rescheduling Fee
If we are unable to access the box, or unable to attach our equipment to the box due to any obstructions, we’ll have to reschedule your pick-up, which would incur another pick-up fee.
